Is it really necessary to have prescription drugs, aren’t there numerous natural methods to treat acid reflux or heartburn. I advise people to try natural methods at the first instance and it is fails then go in for prescription drugs, as i have nothing against prescription drugs, but most of them just blocks the symptoms from occurring while the natural treatment methods finds the root cause of the problem and treats that, albeit it takes some time to show results while drugs can give you immediate relief.

Great medications for acid reflux.. The symptom for acid reflux is mainly due to
Heartburn.

Heartburn is the primary symptom. It is a burning sensation that radiates up from the stomach to the chest and throat. Heartburn is most likely to occur in connection with the following activities:

* After a heavy meal.
* Bending over.
* Lifting.
* Lying down, particularly on the back

i prefer Zantac is to good for acidity.. Try some of medications like Gelusin

I have to say I am not a great fan of prescription drugs. Main reason being that they suppresses or block the body from dealing with the true cause.
I do understand some of us require fast immediate relief so natural alternatives do not suit everyones.
I do wonder whether to little acid is the real cause of heart burn..!
