I advise people to try natural methods at the first instance and it is fails then go in for prescription drugs, as i have nothing against prescription drugs, but most of them just blocks the symptoms from occurring while the natural treatment methods finds the root cause of the problem and treats that, albeit it takes some time to show results while drugs can give you immediate relief.
